12:57 pm ● penerbangan yang seronok pada hari awam. kali ini catatan saya akan disampaikan dalam bahasa melayu, sempena meraikan pencapaian kawan saya abul azeef yang telah menggunakan 10,000 jenis ayat bahasa melayu dalam jangkamasa sehari. contohnya pada tahun yang lepas, di dalam kelas kami sedang berborak tentang perkara kosong. aiman: eh hari ani selasa ah, inda lagi batah weekend! arif: yes lawa weekend! abul azeef: (mula menyanyi) hari selasa, tidak terasa~~~~~ arif, aiman: -_________________-" pada hari khamis yang lepas, sepanyol telah mengisytiharkan hari cuti di tempat yang tertentu untuk mengadakan perayaan membakar bahan-bahan.tetapi cuti ini terkecuali bagi juruterbang-juruterbang yang harus mengejar masa untuk mendapat ijazah tepat pada waktu yang telah diberi.  merancang laluan penerbangan laluan penerbangan. requena-valencia. valencia-reus.reus-valencia.valencia-requena.lapan orang brunei telah dipilih untuk memandu tiga kapal terbang bagi ekspedisi penerbangan ini yang mengambil masa selama 9 jam. bermula pada jam 10 pagi kami berangkat dari lapangan terbang menuju ke valencia dengan dikendalikan oleh zudin dan mendarat di sana. Setelah mendarat di lapangan terbang valencia, kami mula bergerak dan berhenti di tempat khas untuk mengisi minyak, dan ini saja sudah mengambil masa selama 30 minit.  valencia! semua juruterbang brunei bersama dengan jurulatih terbang menunggu kapal terbang diisikan minyaksesudah itu, kami kembali berangkat dari lapangan terbang valencia dan kali ini saya pula yang menerbangkannya menuju ke tempat destinasi Reus, sebuah bandar di tepi pantai laut mediterranean.sangat indah! HAHAHAHAHA. mendarat di reus. sesampai kami di sana pada jam 3 petang, kami berehat sekejap dan makan tengahari yang enak. malangnya aiman, afif dan muk tidak sempat untuk makan disebabkan jurulatih terbang mereka perlu pulang awal kerana kucingnya telah beranak dirumah. zudin kemudian terbang semula dari Reus ke valencia, dan mendarat di sana untuk mengisi minyak lagi. pada masa ini, kami sudah merasa letih.kelihatan juga ketiak zudin sudah basah semasa sedang terbang, sungguh kasihan. kemudian dari valencia saya mula mengambil alih penerbangan itu dan pulang semula ke requena dan mendarat disana pada jam kira-kira 6 petang. kami pulang ke rumah pada jam lapan.adios amigos. edit!: this is fucked up-.-"  Labels: Aviation Sunday, 15 March 2009
9:32 am ● the day when smile was my name. on friday i had this progress test 1 flying exam which i thought went bad. it was about 1.8 hours long and hell yeah it was hot up there! i had a short brief with the examiner first which happened to be simon hayes, nice lad nice lad.haha sudah atu. he asked me questions on weather charts and the things that can be affecting my flight. then we went up, he became a complete numb person, with empty expressions, i assumed he wanted himself to be just a passenger.haha. after we land, i had a de-brief with him on the flight. cakap punya cakap, the last sentence he said was "congrates mr.koh!" then i smiled alll the timeeee sampai tidur. we went to the flight ops and he gave me the stripes! =o)  "here you go" said simon hayes.awu eh macam cerita fairy tales.HAHAHA. si zudin and aiman pasangkan, thank youuuuu!Labels: Aviation Saturday, 7 March 2009
5:50 pm ● A is for Boring. on monday we were waiting for all the aircraft to be refueled. so we lined the aircraft and it looked awesome! Spain USED to have 360 days of sunshine but now it's down to 14, gahh 13 then. dumbshet.   the pilots and their babies.haha.  tu yang truck bawa minyak datang sudah.lapas atu kana simpan arah tank warna merah atu. cabair! hell yeah it did snow in spain too.in the afternoon ada hailstone! the mountain just infront of the aerodrome.the view is spiktakula.haha.Labels: Aviation Tuesday, 24 February 2009
7:14 pm ● a flying trip to valencia. it was so fuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnn flying the aircraft to especially a place that's always busy like valencia airport, where all those 320's 737's come to land and take-off. then the best part was getting to land our super small uncomparable-to-big-size-jets PA28 on a wide and super long runway.haha =8) kami ke valencia pasal kan antar the aircraft for a scheduled service and then flew back to requena (our aerodrome) using another aircraft yang ready to be used. before that i get to do a lesson on steep turns, a 45 degrees angle of bank,good fun.  doing steep turn.you can see the landscape with relation to the aircraft.  a place where we parked the aircraft for maintenance. flying back to requena from valencia. those windmills looked pretty small.it's actually pretty huge!my first landing in valencia airport! sorry it was recorded using a mobile phone.camera abis battery ah! we had to contact valencia approach as we were flying down the low level corridor path (about 2500ft above the ground) and then were told to contact valencia tower to get follow-up instructions. as we joined the aerodrome circuit we were given clearance to join downwind to land. so i set up the aircraft for an approach to land, there was plenty of time to flare and roll out down the runway compare to the short runway back in requena. so yeah i had coffee while trying to land the aircraft.too good to be true muahahaha. 8:14 pm ● Gomorra! Yesterday, we had to go to flight school, cause apparently on saturday pun kami flying. so most of us the bruneians flew solo and it was almost chaotic having many airplanes in the circuit! (a rectangular-ish pattern set up around the airfield so you can fly that path) haha. then later that night, si zul kan bawa ke requena town near our house, cakapnya ada festival or something.sekali sorang sorang malas jua, tapi kana pajal pajal jalan tiaaa. on the way ke sana complain complain ni, thought inda worth it jalan jauh jauh ke sana mana tau festival atu abis sudah! sudah atu, festival atu masih ada yaye! ada parade lah, jalan jalan around the town haha.kami inda tau pulang parade atu for apa.complicated spanish language.we took pictures though.muahahaha.   fat darth vader     adios amigos. 8:44 pm ● no ablo espanyol? im here in spain for a month now and we finally have an internet access. yaye! clap clap. anyway it was hard work getting out of uk to come down and fly here. we had to move out ALL our stuffs from mitchell hall (where we stayed back in uk) to a big storage place in milton keynes. sekali kami terabang tia ke spain on sunday, hoping we'd get a super nice home so we can develop that geeky mood to go and study for the flight school we were about to commence. hayy inda bagi chan. spain is really fun, pfft. seriously. meliat tv lah syiok, it's all in spanish. and the spanish news, ada lagi live tu mengaga arah dapur orang and meliat durang memasak, what what! guess there's nothing really big news in spain.haha. alright enjoy the pictures.  barang-barang ku tu! and afif's.haha.  arrived in valencia, spain.  the view outside my room.     haha aircraft ani batah udah inda bepakai.and it's smelly inside!  rugged tu aybaybay!i wanted to post a picture of my room but messy ah! inda nampak the floor.muahaha.bah chao ching chong. 7:32 pm ● Happy new year! and hello to spain soonnnnn. im really really sorry for the lack of update.i know i suck at keeping this blog running, given that ive so much to do during ground school.pffft. anyway happy new year to all of you! hope you guys grow larger balls or make more money than bill clinton.anywayyy im done with ground school sudah yaye! im off to spain this sunday, and probably will start flying around next week. christmas holiday last year was alright. we had to stay at the holiday inn somewhere in milton keynes for almost two weeks. the fact that aiman was in one room with me made me a little disappointed, pasal kantutnya inda bagi chan berabis. if you put a glass of pure water on a table,it'll turn green a moment after ia kantut.but then everything was fun! and oh yeah my new year was a little bit dull cause most of the time i had to study my ass off for the last two papers. alright, il update soon when im in spain nanti. 5:47 pm ● +SN it was snowwiinngggggggggg here in cranfield last night, evening lah cematu. we heard the met office predicted that there'll be snow sekali batah ni kami tunggu ah nada jua! sampai abis sekolah around 5 barutah ada!
